You can also disable PIN using registry. Try these steps:
- Open Registry Editor.
- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System.
- Set AllowDomainPINLogon to 0.
- Close Registry Editor and reboot your system.
