Net Framework 3.5 Or Any Version [ FIX ]

Open Registry Editor From start menu or open “RUN” and type regedit.msc

and go to this path from Registry Editor Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

If value for DisableWindowsUpdateAccess is 1, Modify it to 0.

Restart Windows Update Service and check again, recommended restart you Laptop/PC/Server
