If you have a shared calendar or mailbox with calendar and when you create from settings Auto Accept they will deny all conflict automatically to solve that u need to run this command via PowerShell
Set-CalendarProcessing <Identity> -AutomateProcessingAutoAccept -ConflictPercentageAllowed0 -maximumConflictInstances0
<Identity> = Email Mailbox / Calendar
